What a balance confirmation worksheet is
A bound document that answers three questions without a network connection: which addresses belong to this vault, what balances were last confirmed, and which signers must approve changes. It is the paper counterpart to your multi-signature cold storage arrangement.

You provide xpubs and derivation information through encrypted USB, in-person handoff, or your counsel's document room. We never request private keys or seed phrases.
Draft worksheet review
Co-signers verify address rows and balance columns. We allow one revision round before binding. Additional rounds are billed per our rate sheet.
Binding and distribution
Archival copies on acid-free stock, working copy on bond. Hand delivery in Jeonju or tracked courier to designated recipients worldwide.
Amendment and reconciliation
Future address additions, signatory rotations, and balance updates flow through amendment log pages or quarterly reconciliation sessions.

Who should hold copies
We recommend distributing bound copies to at least two signatories in separate geographic locations plus one trusted professional (estate attorney, CPA) who does not hold signing authority. Your engagement letter specifies recipients.
