Apphemlockhub provides professional documentation services including balance confirmation worksheets, signing ceremony binders, and quarterly reconciliation sessions for multi-signature cold storage arrangements. We do not custody digital assets, hold private keys, execute transactions, or provide financial advice.
3. Engagement letters
Specific services are governed by signed engagement letters that supersede general website descriptions where they conflict. Pricing, scope, delivery timelines, and confidentiality terms are defined in each engagement letter.
4. Intellectual property
Worksheet templates, ceremony binder formats, and website content are owned by Apphemlockhub Co., Ltd. Clients receive usage rights to bound documents prepared for their engagement. Clients may not reproduce our templates for commercial resale.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate xpub and derivation metadata. Clients are responsible for verifying draft worksheets before binding. Clients must not request services that would require us to handle private keys or seed material.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, Apphemlockhub’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate client-provided data, on-chain balance changes after worksheet delivery, or actions taken by signatories based on outdated records.
7. Website use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content for commercial republication, or use this website in violation of applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
