Balance Confirmation Worksheets

Who this is for

Families holding generational assets across 2-of-3 or 3-of-5 schemes. Nonprofit treasurers who must show auditors a paper trail without exposing private keys. Small corporate reserves where the CFO, external counsel, and a hardware custodian each hold one signing share.

What you receive

A bound worksheet set containing:

  • Master fingerprint and xpub registry for every co-signer role
  • Derivation path index table with address checksums
  • Expected balance column reconciled against your last known on-chain snapshot
  • Signatory responsibility matrix showing threshold requirements per action type
  • Amendment log for future address additions or role changes
  • Two archival copies on acid-free stock plus one working copy on standard bond

What is excluded

We do not generate private keys, hold seed phrases, or execute transactions. We do not provide investment recommendations or custody of digital assets. Network-connected balance lookups during intake are performed only with your explicit written authorization and documented in the engagement letter.

Process

  1. Intake call — We review your threshold scheme, co-signer roles, and existing documentation (30–45 minutes).
  2. Structure mapping — You provide xpubs and derivation metadata through your preferred secure channel.
  3. Draft review — We deliver a proof worksheet for signatory verification before binding.
  4. Binding and delivery — Final copies are hand-delivered in Jeonju or shipped via tracked courier to designated recipients.

Preparation

Gather any existing spreadsheets, prior audit reports, and the names of all current signatories. If co-signers are in different cities, confirm who will verify the draft before we bind.

Next step

Request a worksheet quote with your threshold configuration and approximate number of addresses.
