2. Information we collect
Website inquiries: Name, email address, message content, and selected engagement type submitted through our contact form.
Client engagements: Names, contact details, signatory role information, xpub metadata, and correspondence necessary to prepare documentation. We do not collect or store private keys or seed phrases.
Technical data: Server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Optional analytics cookies if you accept them (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use information

- Prepare, deliver, and update documentation per engagement letters
- Improve website performance and content
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client xpub data for marketing.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on contract performance (engagement letters), legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, website security), and consent where required (analytics cookies).
5. Retention
Inquiry form data is retained for 24 months unless an engagement begins. Engagement records are retained for seven years after final delivery per our archival policy, then securely destroyed unless longer retention is required by law. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
6. Your rights
Under applicable South Korean and international privacy laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Contact hello@apphemlockhub.click. We respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
If you are located outside South Korea, your data may be processed in South Korea where our office is located. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers required by engagement delivery (e.g., courier recipient information).
8. Security
Client intake materials are stored in a locked secure room. Electronic correspondence uses encrypted channels when handling xpub metadata. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected clients promptly if a breach affecting their data occurs.
9. Third parties
We use hosting and email service providers who process data on our instructions. We do not share client xpub data with third parties except as required for delivery (courier services) or by law.
10. Children
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We update this policy by posting revisions on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
