Registered business

Apphemlockhub Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name. We were established in 2019 in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea, to address a gap we observed repeatedly: families and small treasuries with sound multi-signature cold storage setups but no reliable paper records to verify balances when networks were unavailable or auditors asked uncomfortable questions.

Origin

Our founder spent four years supporting estate attorneys who inherited clients with hardware wallets and no documentation beyond a sticky note. The attorneys needed someone who understood derivation paths well enough to build worksheets but who would never ask to hold a private key. Apphemlockhub grew from that niche—documentation without custody.

Our approach

We treat every engagement as archival work. Worksheets are prepared on acid-free stock where longevity matters. Ceremony binders use numbered pages so missing sheets are obvious. We maintain no cloud repository of client xpubs; intake materials are returned or destroyed per the engagement letter.

People

Yuna Park — Lead reconciliation specialist. Former bank operations auditor. Designs worksheet templates and leads quarterly sessions.

Jin-ho Lee — Ceremony facilitator. Background in corporate governance. On-site presence for signing events across South Korea.

Sora Kim — Client intake coordinator. First point of contact for quotes and scheduling.

Values

Accuracy over speed. We will delay binding if a co-signer has not verified the draft. Confidentiality without exception—client materials never leave our secure room unencrypted during transport. Plain language in every document so a trustee without technical background can follow the worksheet.

Community

We contribute worksheet template guidance to local estate planning associations and speak at family-office roundtables in Seoul twice yearly. Our Jeonju office welcomes scheduled visits by appointment.
